Effectively since 25th April 2013, Sribu has applied a new payment system for all prize payout by using a payout request form. This feature allows you to track payments and total balance in the account.
To request a prize payout, follow these below steps:
- Log-in your Sribu account, click the "profile" icon at the upper right corner of the website. Select "Balance" in the drop-down menu.
- Before you request for withdrawal, please check again the workspace for every contest you've won.
- All designers must own a personal bank account for payment purpose. Sribu.com uses a BCA bank account and is able to process payment to other bank accounts with the condition that the bank transaction fee is paid by the designer.
- All payout requests will be closed on every Wednesday at 09:00 am and designers will receive payments within 1-3 working days.
If the payout request is made after payout closing hour, then all payments will be made on the Wednesday of the following week.
All contests in Sribu has been fully paid by our clients. We guarantee that all contest winners will receive the amount as stated in each contest.
