Follow the below easy steps to upload a File Master during the File Transfer phase:

1. After logging in/entering the Sribu account, choose the "workspace" menu on the profile dashboard
   
   
2. Select the contest for which you want to upload the Master File, then click "Upload Master File" and click "Submit"
   The file Master that is required may vary based on the selected design category.
   
   
3. If your file master exceeds 20MB in size, the designer may use other online cloud storage applications such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Copy-paste the URL into the available space for your client to access.
   
   
4. Once your client has confirmed and approved the file master you sent, the client may close the contest and the designer may claim the reward. All reward payout is done every Wednesday.
   
   
5. If your design is selected as the runner-up, you may follow the same steps for the File Transfer process.
